I apologize for my sudden departure from Newburyport Family Practice with so little notice. Things did not work out with Dr. Kevin Lanphear.

Of course, all medical records and patient information remains at Newburyport Family Practice. All patients formerly cared for by me will be welcome to continue care there.

I have greatly appreciated the great support I have been shown by patients, fellow physicians, and Anna Jaques Hospital. I cannot tell you how much it has meant to me. After much searching and consideration of what would be best for me and my family, I have accepted a position at MIT, where I am seeing students, faculty, staff, family members, and retirees. I cannot accept patients that are not affiliated with MIT.
